We recommend freezing our muffins as soon as you receive them, and defrosting whenever you are ready to eat! Our frosting has a shelf life of 4 weeks at room temperature and up to 8 months if refrigerated.

We use clean, simple ingredients that are gluten-free, grain-free, sugar-free and keto friendly.

We ship orders every Monday and Wednesday via FedEx Priority. You can expect to receive your order 2-4 days after ship date.
